Ahhhh....Naples Florida. That's a picture of the Naples pier, which is a mile long from start to finish. The water is crystal clear and the sand is as white as can be. On a good day, you can walk to the end of the pier and see dolphins playing and jelly fish and sting rays swimming. I miss it so much. I would do just about anything to move back down there. I have been keeping my eyes open for jobs in the area, either in law enforcement or with the county Parks and Rec.
I did an internship down there in the summer of 1998 and never should have moved back home. I could be sitting on the beach having spring fever instead of sitting in my chair watching the snow melt kinda spring fever. A couple of times a year I get a little "home" sick for Naples and look for some jobs. I will know it when the perfect one comes along. I would love to be down there in the next 5 years...keep your fingers crossed for me!

Sitting here in NH this picture looks DELICIOUS!! One of my dearest friends lives in FL right now and I've been DYING to visit her!! But I can't justify paying so much for a ticket for a long weekend... so this picture was NICE!! Ü GREAT Blog... keep blogging!! I'll be back!!!
I haven't been back down there in years. When a hurricane hit a couple of years ago, they had some damage, but the pier held in there (thank goodnes). I would love to go down too for a long weekend, but like you, the ticket is too much. Thanks for the comment!
